The project launched at the end of 2019 as a partnership between the famed Cipriani Family and Miami’s Terra Group. After the success of the Mr. C Hotel in 椰子林区, a condo tower made sense.
With amenities by Meyer Davis and the design of the tower coming from Arquitectonica, the team brought together a highly successful project despite the fact that it was all coming to fruition during the pandemic.

As inspiration, we combined Mr. C’s lifestyle and the boldness of Miami with our refined design sensibility and attention to detail. The quality, palette and aesthetic of the new additions are bar none,” Will Meyer, co-founder of Meyer Davis said at the time.
The project broke ground in July 2020 with sales being led by Douglas Elliman. The residences sold quickly with prices from the low $600,000’s to over $5 million.
With that being said, some of the purchases were from investors who will not offer their residences to owners who prefer to have something move-in ready.
